    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    Focused on digital PR efforts across all three categories – makeup, skincare, and fragrance – with an emphasis on executing influencer campaigns and developing strategy to support a 360-degree integrated approach with e-retail, media, and affiliate team needs. Additionally, support the Digital PR Manager + Director in strategy implementation and influencer campaigns across all categories.

    This position works in conjunction with the Public Relations Manager (who focuses more on image-boosting global campaigns) to support the 360-degree strategy of Public Relations.

    The role requires the ability to liaise and communicate internally with the Central team in our Paris based office, and with various departments in North America, such as Marketing, Sales Promotion, and Fashion Public Relations.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Digital campaign activations for cross functional teams (e-retail, e-comm, media, etc.) & talent management 
      • Maintain & develop relationships with talent 
      • Own outreach and negotiations for digital activations
      • Oversee execution of digital activations start to finish

       

    • Monitor, analyze and communicate Digital PR results 
      • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships and gifting based on talent data analytics

       

    • Conduct research to support PR planning 
      • Focus on data analytics on Tribe Dynamics and Julius 
      • Track, analyze, and monitor monthly digital results in Tribe Dynamics, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy — contribute to the increase of digital rankings
      • Creator discovery and retention 
      • Optimizing data analytics tools on hand
    • Affiliate programming 
      • Working with Dior.com team and marketing on affiliate programming

       

    • Overall support of Digital PR Team 
      • Support relationships with cross functional teams and Central teams 
      • Optimize streamline communication
    • Foster and maintain relationships with key influencers
    • Implement new launch strategies across all three categories as directed by the Central team and Public Relations Director
    • Identify new and emerging digital talent and grow the influencer network for Dior Beauty
    • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape
    • Work closely with the Digital PR Manager to ensure a 360-degree partnership for all social media coverage

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4-5 years of digital PR / influencer marketing experience
    • Strong relationships with beauty / fashion / lifestyle influencers and key players in the beauty industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate across the organization at all levels
    • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to detail
    • Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential, controversial, and sensitive nature
    • Ability to implement strategy and has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task
    • Experience working within a global scope
    • A working understanding of Tribe Dynamics and EMV
