    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    Drive overall sales plan achievement through managing the planning and execution of national North America event activities.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work with National Events Director to execute project management of all North America National event programs in partnership with the Marketing and Sales teams.
    • Work with KAM team to drive strategic retailer programing aligned with retailer key priorities.
    • Communicate with the field sales team to ensure proper execution of in store events.
    • Partner with marketing for launch events to plan/execute the client experience/animation.
    • Prepare competitive analyses of event performance and creative event concepts.
    • Oversee Dior Show Artist and National Skincare Expert support programming
    • Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of all programs for North America.
    • Manage Events Sell in and Sell out budgets, tracking, and forecasting with the North America Finance Team and VP Retail Development.
    • Manage top door strategy initiatives.
    • Prepare for retailer meetings, including developing presentations in partnership with other departmental functions.
    • Work with Creative and Purchasing departments to develop collateral, offers, and other materials used at point of sale.
    • Interface with operational teams on development projects and logistics.
    • Conduct all other job-related activities as directed by the Promotions and Events Director.
    • Forecast and manage all services and elevated pos tools
    • Partner with France Central team on North America needs for visuals and event related tools.
    • Partner on Expert development strategies for Diorshow Artist and National Skincare Experts.
    • Recap National Event Sales weekly/monthly/annually

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ YEARS of experience in sales analysis, marketing, and/or events in a similar or related industry; prestige beauty experience preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Self-motivated and able to take initiative
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
    • Creative and strategic thinker
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
