    Job Description

    This role will lead the email marketing and SMS channels, responsible for strategy, planning, implementation, analysis and optimization of emails and SMS texts deployed to Dior.com the U.S. customer base. The role will evolve to in 2022 to include the Canadian marketing. The Manager will lead the relationship with our email marketing and SMS agency.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Scale revenue while maintaining brand guidelines from the email and SMS channel.
    • Manage all phases including planning, copy, deployment, analytics and optimization. Leverage heat-mapping and other performance-based tools to analyze email performance and optimize future campaigns.
    • Lead email marketing and SMS marketing segmentation throughout the customer lifecycle and serve as an internal subject matter expert in specified customer segment(s). Identify opportunities with key segments, develop and present A/B tests to scale revenue and KPIs.
    • Support integration and on-going targeting of CRM lists in paid media channels.
    • Support customer database analysis, including RFM modeling, cohort analysis, lifetime value analysis and product performance by customer segment. Identify email marketing tactics and levers by segment.
    • Lead all monthly CRM analytics and KPIS by customer segment and activity. Identify trends and opportunities by segment.
    • Liaise with internal partners and external vendors and agencies.
    • Liaise with Central Headquarters for all creative, analysis and A/B testing proposals.
    • Identify infrastructure and process enhancements and supports and leads respective initiatives to improve campaign development and management
    • Benchmark competitive landscape summarize market trends.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience managing the email marketing and/or CRM channel ideally with an email marketing/CRM agency or brand.
    • Proven track record of driving performance and scaling revenue through the email channel.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience creating RFM models and cohort analysis.
    • Adobe Experienced is required (Experience with Bluecore and other marketing platforms is a plus)
    • Advanced excel skills, including pivot tables, v-look, etc.
    • Ability to synthesize data recommend actionable tactics based on trends.
    • Fluency is key email marketing and e-commerce analytical tools include Google Analytics or Adobe Campaign
