    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Engage, coach and develop Sephora Beauty Advisors while achieving sales and event-specific goals through leadership of brand focus days and event execution for key brand priorities.

    The position will lead and develop the Selling Specialist team to drive Dior and Sephora priorities, while building and maintaining strong relationships with Sephora Store Directors.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Achieve retail sales goals as determined by management in assigned stores throughout territory via the training and coaching of Sephora Beauty Advisors.
    • Act as an ambassador for the Dior brand; lead by example and empower others using Company and retailer tools and sales techniques. 
    • Conduct all Sephora trainings upon request and lead brand focus days in store.
    • Plan and execute in-store events in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director.
    • Deliver memorable product training on Dior products and follow up with retention checks.
    • Create and foster long-term relationships both internally and externally at store level with Store Directors, Beauty Advisors and District Leadership.
    • Partner with Store Management for in-store merchandising and visual placement.
    • Execute and faciliate in-store trainings for new product launches. This includes but is not limited to Selling Specialists, Sephora Beauty Advisors and Store Leadership.
    • Ensure Gondolas and linears are visually impeccable and in accordance with company merchandising standards.
    • Communicate stock and tester needs to Dior planner and the Sephora Operations Lead.  Work with Sephora Store Director to do cycle counts to ensure stock levels are where they need to be.
    • Uphold Dior image guidelines.
    • Embody Dior’s savoir-faire, heritage and values.
    • Conduct all other job-related activities.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

    • 3-5 years beauty industry experience required.
    • Working knowledge of in-store retail environment a must.
    • Event execution experience preferred.
    • Strong communication skills required.
    • Makeup artistry skills required.
    • College degree preferred.
    • Proficiency with MS Excel.
    • Experience managing a budget is a plus.
    • Must be proactive in approaching potential clients and promoting the Dior brand.
    • Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
    • Must be able to travel within the territory (50%).
    • Hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives.
    • Position deals with confidential information and individual must be capable of  discretion.
