Chromalox seeks a talented SALES ENGINEER to grow sales in a fast growing territory. Must be capable of managing base business and layering in new customers utilizing the broadest range of HEATING AND CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES in the industry. This is a remote position.
Sales Engineers will focus on growing sales in a variety of high-growth markets such Power Generation, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Plastics, Commercial Food, Packaging, Transportation, and Building & Construction.

- Thrives in competitive environment and is motivated and energized by challenge of securing large projects up to and exceeding $1M.
- Ability to develop and cultivate business through diverse channels such as Users, Engineering Firms, OEM, Distributors & Contractors.
- Capable of solving applications and developing standard and custom solutions to meet customers’ needs.
- Receptive to learning and willing to participate in outstanding company-provided training programs.
- Outstanding time management skills and an ability to manage a large existing amount of base business while layering in new growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a technical background
- Prior selling experience within related industries and markets
- Welcomes and enjoys occasional travel within their region.
