CitiChurch exists to change Allapattah by providing direct educational & spiritual opportunities, strengthening families and linking residents together in a supportive neighborhood. Citi Christian Academy is an extension of accomplishing this mission. Position Overview Generally, the teacher is responsible for planning and implementing an appropriate educational program for the children assigned to his/her class, following the guidelines of the school approved curriculum and course of study. The teacher is also responsible to fulfill assigned duties and tasks, attend designated professional development and school events, and abide by the terms and polices of the school. Teachers must be in agreement with the schools Statement of Faith and have accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Teachers are to be leading a Godly life, modeling faithfulness and participating actively in the local church. The teacher should believe that teaching is a ministry and feel called by God to teach.
