  • Responsibilities

    The Design Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for the concepting, design, execution, ordering, and maintenance of collateral, as well as video creation and editing. The Design Coordinator is responsible for elevating the look and feel of branded materials for City Wide through the implementation, both print and digital marketing campaigns, while upholding a level of professionalism and the integrity of the brand.

    Additionally, the Design Coordinator manages priorities, ensures deadlines are met, communicates project status, tracks and reports on results of marketing efforts, and follows a marketing calendar. Also enforces proper brand messaging in our growing franchise environment, and works closely with Franchisees, Sales, Operations, and Marketing team members to drive the marketing plan.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Plan, create, execute, and track digital and print marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of mediums including print and digital ads, email marketing, websites, blogs, video graphics, brochures, presentations, infographics, and exhibits.

    Design, prepare files, publish/produce/order, update, monitor inventory, etc., for both printed and digital collateral and promotional items.

    Create engaging videos with effective messaging; maintain and update existing videos.

    Maintain vendor relationships (print and promotional); bid projects for quality output and competitive pricing.

    Assist the marketing team with the support ticketing system for addressing inquiries from throughout the system regarding branding, asset requests, and personalization.

    Facilitate marketing orders (e.g., collateral, business cards, promotional items, etc.) and in-house inventory management.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or comparable, with 2+ years experience.

    Adobe Creative Cloud with proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Acrobat DC, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

    A creative thinker, able to conceptualize and propose cohesive, original ideas with a strong visual design style – while being mindful of established brand standards.

    A solid foundation of fundamental graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color, and imagery.

    An understanding of market segmentation, and the ability to design materials so our message effectively resonates with the targeted audience.

    Proven experience maintaining vendor relationships.

    Ability to multi-task, successfully prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

    Must be detail-oriented; flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; a self-starter; take initiative; and get along well with a variety of personality types.

    Must be comfortable collaborating with a team to brainstorm on new initiatives, provide feedback, and finesse ideas to meet the ultimate objective.

    Strong in-person, over the phone, and written communication skills.

    MS Office, with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Salary range: $45,000-$50,000
