  • Responsibilities

    Position: Administrative Operator - Vendor Sourcing and Compliance Manager (Full-time)

    Position Summary: Responsible for the organization and execution of City Wide Maintenance of Washington's managed services' vendor sourcing and compliance including the on-boarding and opportunity pre-selection process to facilitate organization al effectiveness and efficiency.

    Vendor Compliance and Database Management

    Manage Vendor account records at all relationship types ensuring all data fields are populated with accurate information.

    Provide updated and new Advanced Find reports to Director of Business Operations and Operation team according to established protocol.

    Manage ongoing vendor evaluation process.

    Manage all on-going vendor compliance documents and details to ensure they meet our established requirements and any client specific requirements. This includes but is not limited to current General Liability and Workers Compensation certificates of insurance, accurate back ground checks, badges and uniforms.

    Manage annual vendor agreement renewals.

    Vendor Outreach and Marketing

    Execute ongoing vendor communication via our email marketing software for vendor payment day, invoice deadlines and other City Wide Maintenance of Washington Information.

    Complete email marketing campaigns to prospective vendors

    Skills and Abilities required:

    Ability to develop excellent relationships with vendors.

    Ability to use excellent judgement, handle confidential materials and display a professional demeanor at all times.

    Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work duties and responsibilities.

    Ability to meet all deadlines.

    Ability to speak, write and read English fluently.

    Ability to accurately add, substract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

    Ability to accurately calculate rate, ratio, percent and margin.

    Willingness to give and receive constructive criticism.

    Ability to work well with a variety of personality types in a fast paced environment and frequently perform variety of tasks involving different aptitudes, technologies, and procedures.

    Must present in a professional manner.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Compensation: Starting at $20/hour, Medical, Vacation, 401K
