    Progressive, growing, locally owned Facility Maintenance Company with over 57 years of success is seeking professional who is assertive, pro-active, driven and enjoys outside sales.

    OBJECTIVE

    The Sales Executive is responsible for new business development in a fun, highly productive, sales-driven environment. They will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with the sales and the operations, the Sales Executive will establish and nurture mutually beneficial business relationships with clients. This individual will offer businesses an opportunity to save time and solve problems by representing them as the client.

    Proven winner in their B2B service industry (uniform/facility services, payroll, copier, advertising, office supplies, shipping) or related?

    Engaging and energetic personality; hungry for success and a self-motivator?

    Strong interest in building professional relationships with new people?

    Energized by the thrill of chasing and closing sales?

    Excellent communications skills with the ability to facilitate presentations to prospective clients?

    Superior analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills?

    Highly detail orientated with a drive to follow through?

    Proven track record of 3-5 transactional sales per month with an average sales ticket of $2-5K on a 30-90 day sales cycle calling on non-C level executives?

    Experience with customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information; excellent computer skills?

    Prior sales training certification/certificate, e.g., Sandler President Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., (anything that demonstrates that you share our value of continuous learning)?

    While having a competitive athletic background is not a requirement, it is a prevalent achievement among our top producers across the country.

    Must have a stable job history, progressed in responsibility and demonstrated dedication to employers

    What we require of applicants:

    College Degree (2 Year Minimum)

    A strong, professional Outside Sales Representative with a minimum of 1-3 years B2B sales experience.

    A self-driven individual that can manage oneself while maintaining their integrity.

    One who excels in relationship building, communication and problem solving, while illustrating critical thinking and maintaining a proactive/positive attitude.

    Someone accustomed to or comfortable working directly with all levels of management including business owners, C-Level and other professionals.

    Someone who wants to fill a significant role within the company and not just be an anonymous player.

    Must have a Prospector/Hunter mentality and demonstrate proven ability to close sales.

    This is a true HUNTER position. There is no after sale account management aspect to this role.

    Outside B2B sales experience is a MUST! Please do not respond without sales experience.
