    City Wide Holdings Inc. is actively searching for a talented Payroll Specialist who enjoys working on a team, supports others, and is committed to saving time and solving problems. This position will report to our Payroll Manager, with daily concentrations on data entry, ensuring accuracy while processing and recording company payrolls, alongside any other projects or assignments from the Payroll Manager. The Payroll Specialist will help provide support for the City Wide Holdings Inc. umbrella that makes up City Wide Franchise, City Wide Maintenance of Kansas City, Oddo Development, and Basys Processing. Totaling approximately 500 employees. This person will also support payroll needs to our Union (SEIU-1) employees.

    What You will do:

    Perform daily payroll department operations, managing workflows to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.

    Reconcile all monthly insurance billings, and process for payment.

    Process all withholding orders in a timely and accurate manner.

    Process accurate and timely payroll reports, including quarter and year-end when necessary.

    Process all union paperwork, generate reports and payments, - fees/dues, medical/dental benefits, and pension plan. Reconcile monthly billings. Maintain accurate recording of all Union Employees.

    Back up Payroll for all companies.

    Other duties as assigned.

    What experience You will bring:

    Associates Degree and or work equivalent.

    A minimum 2 years of payroll experience preferred.

    Intermediate to Expert experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

    Experience with payroll systems - Paycor, Ceridian, etc.
