City Wide’s newly created Senior ERP Technical Product Manager position is responsible for maintaining a highly integrated business critical system with over 800 end users. You will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will be responsible for assisting with implementation of Microsoft Dynamic NAV/Business Centeral and/or Dynamics 365 ERP distribution software based on an approved implementation methodology. This person will join our Technology team to add additional functionality squarely focused on maximizing the business value for our end users and our franchise businesses.
You will play an integral role in the overall growth of the City Wide Franchise through your work with the franchise locations. City Wide has a very exciting goal of becoming $1B franchise system, and ultimately breaking into the Top 100 franchise brands worldwide. To do so, we need to assist with our franchise owners with their sales management and hiring strategies.

Essential functions
Define new business processes and procedures, with an emphasis on business workflow and the related contract management and accounting functionality.
Design and implement software customizations as required by the business per the business processes defined.
Serve as main point of contact for the D365 Business Central instance and will play an integral role in maintaining system optimization and transformation.
Support all aspects of software related to D365 Business Central including backlog grooming, end user support, customizations, integrations, etc.
Ensure system performance/optimization through the release of customizations.
Participate in the planning of updates and in the collaboration of the roadmap for the development of the solution.
Communicate effectively with technical team members, subject matter experts end users, and management.
Maintain an on-going professional relationship with all applicable business units.
Support assigned projects ensuring quality delivery, identifying risks, and escalating issues where appropriate.
Maintain awareness of new and emerging capabilities in the D365 suite.
Drive periodic minor and major system upgrades, based on published best practices and need for features & fixes, while ensuring business continuity.
Work with partners to administer production, test, & development environments.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred, not required.
CPA or CMA certifications a plus.
3 to 5 years working with NAV/BC (ERP) in an information technology environment.
Experience implementing ERP software in a multi-unit distribution or manufacturing environment.
Experience with D365 NAV/BC in a dedicated third party hosted environment
Experience integrating NAV/BC with other SAAS & D365 products
Thorough experience in core accounting principles.
Experience with D365 CRM platform.
Working with users to define and document system requirements for new implementations and enhancements.
Leading requirements gathering and design sessions, reviewing design documentation with users and developers, preparing process and data models, prioritizing system functionality based on requirements, coordinating pilot and test activities, and designing reports.
Tier 2 production support of assigned systems to ensure efficiency in system and production.
Working with in-house developers and/or 3rd party vendors to optimize the system to ensure the most efficient systems within available resources.
Support multiple systems or more complex systems that require advanced technical expertise.
Recognized as SME’s from the organization on their assigned systems.
Consulting experience a plus.
Proven written and verbal communication skills are required.
Strong Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel skills are required.
The ability to deliver knowledge and content to end users in a professional manner, both in a consulting setting or a classroom setting, is required.
