Junior Sales Executive - Commercial Building Maintenance
City Wide is seeking outgoing, dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our B2B sales team. If you have a "can-do" attitude and a strong drive to succeed, this job is for you. We are looking for candidates to call on commercial buildings for their maintenance needs.
City Wide Sales Associates join an aggressive, highly productive sales team with a 50-year legacy of achievement. You will be the prospector, making connections and building relationships with clients to fill the sales pipeline. You will bring a deep understanding of our business to each contact, identifying opportunities for a broad range of services.

Successful candidates will be politely persistent with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and will collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies.
Half of your day consists of making field prospecting and sales visits in the industrial areas between and near I-80 and 201 in Salt Lake City. The rest of the day will be spent in our office making follow up calls and setting appointments.

Requirements
6 months to 2 years outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
Strong history of leadership and academic achievement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent work ethic
Strong MS Office and CRM abilities
City Wide has a national sales network with a strong tradition of mentorship and coaching. This position follows a defined sales career path within our company. We offer a competitive compensation package with guaranteed base salary, car allowance and potential for uncapped commissions. Total compensation ranges from $46,000-$53,000 in the first year.
