    Sales Executive

    If you have an engaging and friendly personality, and a strong interest in building professional relationships, then you could be a great candidate for City Wide's Sales Executive opportunity. You don't necessarily have to have prior business-to-business sales experience, but it would be a bonus! If you've spent your school years in the service or retail industries, or you've successfully shown the ability to cold call people or businesses, then you're on the right track to be a successful Junior Sales Executive with City Wide. Our Sales Director is committed to helping you sharpen their sales skills by working directly with them, and going out on sales calls with them.

    You will be responsible for prospecting and cold calling into businesses in Topeka and Lawrence, and offering them an opportunity save time and solve problems, by showing the benefits of our commercial janitorial services, and one point of contact building maintenance solutions.

    In this initial sales position as a Premier Solutions Sales Executive, it is anticipated that you will make $50,000 - $60,000.

    What You Will Do:

    Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.

    Qualify potential clients, leads and referrals – with a goal of 16 per month

    Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.

    Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.

    Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

    Other duties as assigned.

    What You Will Bring:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Ability build professional relationships with new people

    MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems

    Engaging and energetic personality

    Energized by the thrill of chasing and closing sales

    Hungry for success and the need to win

    Excellent communications skills with the ability to facilitate presentations to prospective clients

    Coordinating with operations (account management) and marketing teams on potential sales, to make sure we execute the services effectively

    Compensation:

    Anticipated 1st year total compensation of $50,000 - $60,000

    3 weeks of PTO
