    As the B2B Sales Executive this person will be responsible for acquiring new business through multiple daily calls/visits/touches, hit monthly sales goals at proper margins, track touches in CWCMS, build and create long term relationships, increase existing client's satisfaction, work with and grow our Independent Contractors (IC) base. This position is for the Triad market in NC.

    Essential Functions

    Meet a $5000 monthly sales quota in accordance with the compensation plan by making 50-55 daily appointment calls daily.

    Complete 4 hour call blocks daily

    Present 10-15 proposals (Written IR's for) each week. All proposals must be associated with an appointment in CWCMS. Determine customer needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address those needs.

    Post all appointments, contact and organization information and follow up into CWCMS within 24 hours of a site visit.

    Scope of work for new sales and lost proposals updates must be completed within 48 hours of notification in CWCMS.

    Attend all sales meetings.

    Attend weekly meetings with DOS to recap weekly successes, opportunities, written goals/plans and priorities for the next week.

    Follow up with every Client 24 hours after the work is completed and 7 days after a sale for additional sales opportunity and to become their part time facility manager.

    Position Requirements

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    3-5 years of experience in B2B in outside sales or account management.

    Submit daily recaps for the first 90 days or until sales goals have been met for three consecutive months.

    Secure, execute and attach all paperwork to the Client record in CRM and or in Customer Corresponded file.

    Responsible for tabulating your Scorecard and Commission statement monthly.

    Create a Top 25 list in your first 30 days with the help of the DOS. On a monthly basis, refine your Top 25 list and immediate “Hit List” (key accounts you want to call on) and an itinerary for following up on past presentations. Duties during the sell: Prospect, bid accounts, write the proposal to include everything that the Client outlined in the scope of work SOW (within our guidelines), use the up-front contract to sell the account or get clear notification the client is declining our proposal.

    Participate in annual budgeting process.

    Submit all jobs for billing within 48 hours of completion. Accrue all outstanding vendor invoices.

    Review all terms and conditions on each client contract/agreement. Note exceptions to policy.
