    City Wide Franchise is currently seeking a Marketing Generalist within our dynamic and reputable organization. In this Marketing Generalist role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of marketing team activities. The most significant role of the Marketing Generalist is the management of City Wide’s B2B email marketing campaigns through a digital marketing platform. Additionally, the Marketing Generalist manages priorities, ensures deadlines are met, communicates project status, tracks and reports on results of marketing efforts, maintains a marketing calendar, and manages the ticketing support system for the marketing team. Also supports vendor relationships, enforce proper brand messaging in our growing franchise environment, and work closely with Franchisees, Sales, Operations, and other Marketing team members to drive the marketing plan. Although not a main function of the role, experience with Creative Cloud to support City Wide’s print and digital marketing campaigns is necessary.

    What you will do:

    Plan, create, execute, track, and train on a variety of email marketing campaigns.

    Gather tracking metrics for regular reporting of email campaigns, including the ability to analyze the data to improve deliverability and performance.

    Manage the ticketing system for the marketing team, addressing inquiries from throughout the system.

    Provide new start-up and ongoing support and training to our franchise locations. This includes, but is not limited to, how to market our brand, what messaging to use, and CRM and email marketing platform support.

    Manage vendor relationships and assist Sales, Operations, Franchisees, and other departments as needed.

    Responsible for the design, ordering, publishing/production, inventory management, updating, etc. of both printed and digital collateral and promotional items (until the team adds a Design Coordinator in 2020).

    A variety of tasks, including address updates, order processing, SOP creation and updates, artwork personalization, headshots, and user management.

    Position Requirement

    Degree in Marketing or comparable, with 2 years of post-graduate experience.

    Applied knowledge of email marketing platforms including creating, automating, executing, and analyzing campaigns, as well as a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.

    Ability to train others on how to use our email platform proficiently.

    Understanding of CRM systems, especially data management, list management, and reporting.

    Experience maintaining vendor relationships, including but not limited to print, promotional, and PR.

    Adobe Creative Cloud with proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for print and web applications. Familiarity with Premiere a plus.

    Strong in-person, over the phone, and written communication skills.

    Must be able to multi-task, successfully prioritize, meet deadlines, and have a very high attention to detail.

    Benefits:

    Base Salary between $38,000 - $42,000 (depending on experience)
