Facility Solutions Manager City Wide Facility Solutions Houston West is expanding and we are seeking to add Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) to our team! This position is a hybrid role of sales, service, and relationship building with existing clients. The FSM is field based and will visit their clients regularly to build relationships and to establish trust and rapport.

As a City Wide Facility Solutions Manager you will:

Manage existing client contracts with professionalism and a sense of ownership

Act as the primary point of contact for day to day issues while building long-term relationships with clients based on trust and accountability

Maintain full ownership in managing, expanding, and diversifying client relationships with an eye toward potential add-on sales opportunities

Develop and deliver client-focused solutions based on unique facility needs

Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

Prioritize competing tasks daily in a fast-paced setting

2+ years of operations, contract management, or customer service experience
