    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    We are currently seeking skilled, motivated, ethical and safety-oriented Plumber. The Plumber must complete tasks in accordance with all mechanical codes, job specifications, plans and contract documents resulting in a complete and excellent working system. Qualified candidates must be able to install and repairs pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes. Qualified candidates will also adhere to all Climate Control safety policy and procedures and work safely with all other individuals

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering

    • Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks

    • Review blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures

    • Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures instructions using measuring instruments such as rulers or levels

    • Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe using hand or power tools or machines such as pipe cutters or pipe-threading machines

    • Install pipe fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks or toilets, using the required tools.

    • Complete necessary paperwork: daily reports, timesheets, AWA's, and RFI's

    • Maintain accurate and complete list of job materials used

    • Cooperate with other trades on the project to complete the project

    • Responsible for physical jobsite organization and housekeeping to ensure a safe professional work area.

    • Responsible for maintaining knowledge of local/national codes and industry standards.

    • Ensure that all necessary inspections are made through all phases of work.

    • Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of company equipment as well as monitoring the use and timely return of rented equipment.

    • Regular and predictable attendance is expected in order to meet the requirements of this position

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school graduate or equivalent or tenured experience
    • Valid Driver's License and ability to be insurance on commercial insurance
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential plumbing
    • Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas.
    • Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.
    • Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch.
    • Work in all types of weather.
    • Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools.
    • Ability to lift and carry 51 to 75 lbs. occasionally, and/or 31 to 45 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 16 to 22 pounds of force constantly to move objects

    SALARY:

    • $23.00-$32.00 D.O.E
