This position is a part time position 30 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts Payable

• Check AP invoices for accuracy
• Match AP invoices to purchase orders
• Cut AP Checks
• Balance AP statements

Accounts Receivable

• Enter AR Checks received
• Balance out deposit
• Mail out invoices

Collections

Data Entry

Account Reconciliation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Experience with construction accounting a plus
• Understanding of Sub Contractor billing a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Intermediate knowledge of general computer programs
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving and prioritization skills with attention to details
