Compensation Analyst - HYBRID - $75k - $80k/year
Aegis Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to play a key role in administering and developing our company's total rewards programs. This position is vital in ensuring that our compensation, benefits, incentives, and bonuses are competitive and compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Total Rewards Program Administration: Manage and participate in the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs. Work with data from market research, surveys, and performance evaluations to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Compliance Management: Ensure the company remains compliant with all state and federal pay regulations. Stay informed about legal requirements to avoid penalties or lawsuits.
- Collaboration with Associate Development: Work closely with the Associate Development team to gather performance data necessary for administering total rewards programs effectively.
- Data Compilation & Analysis: Collect and organize wage trends, compensation surveys, market data, and internal performance information. Compile and organize data for reference by HR and management teams.
- Reporting & Data Presentation: Analyze compensation data and create comprehensive reports on job performance, wage trends, and market pricing. Present actionable insights to key stakeholders to support decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation analysis or human resources.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, particularly in working with large data sets and using data to drive business decisions. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with compensation surveys and data analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to management.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
