    We are seeking a client-centric Trading Portfolio Client Services Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping clients work toward their long term financial goals by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

    The selected Trading Portfolio and Client Services Administrator will typically be responsible for these key areas:

    • Utilize excellent client-centric skills to Prepare and submit client paperwork in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
    • Follow firm processes in opening new accounts
    • Conduct portfolio trades and rebalancing
    • Ensure client service team documents are in order and support staff well trained
    • Maintain discretion and privacy
    • Follow up to inquiries, ensuring timely documentation uploading, provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Prompt client communication, following up on all inquires to solve or refer the question to a supervising Advisor
    • Assist Advisors preparing investment analyses and financial plans
    • Attend client meetings, document to do lists

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years financial wealth management services, RIA industry experience
    • Opening new accounts, following fiduciary responsibilities, accurate document processing and filing
    • Familiarity with investment products and services (Charles Schwab and/or TD Ameritrade, individual bonds, etc. )
    • Holds Series 65 license or desire to earn one in the near future
    • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,
    • Experience with portfolio trade balancing software a plus (or ability to learn trading software)
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent English Grammar and strong written and verbal communication
    • Able to provide Business references
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any company without sponsorship
