SUMMARY

National Real Estate Firm has an excellent career opportunity for an energetic, creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate. This position will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing/PR efforts for the entire portfolio of apartment communities and commercial shopping centers. The position requires strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and writing skills, a good sense of design and have a proven track record of successful real estate marketing campaigns.

MAJOR DUTIES

General

· Oversee and manage the development of creative communication pieces, promotional materials, presentations and websites;

· Website content management including implementing updates and improvements to site as needed with a focus of meeting customer changing needs.

Commercial Portfolio

· Coordinate the preparation of all listing flyers, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials such as websites, advertisements, press releases, e-mail campaigns and direct mailers;

· Track and coordinate all inbound leads from websites, social media and other online sources;

· Input all listing information into Loopnet and CoStar and other marketing websites and update as needed.

Residential Portfolio

· Provide input into the design and production of branded community collateral marketing materials, coordinates the production and distribution of brochures and other marketing materials by working with local vendors and suppliers, fielding requests from on-site team members, and tracking orders, deliveries, and invoices.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

· 3 to 5 years of experience in real-estate related field;

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications studies, business administration or a similar discipline a plus;

· To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

· Social media platform and SEO experience;

· Website design and data coding such as layout and web app design.
