Here's the challenge for you.... can you will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the our organizations EHS functions that include Emissions, sustainability, incident management, permit tracking, inspections and more? As the primary lead for Enablon, you would work with both onsite and remote colleagues, contractors, and vendors across multiple phases of the project. These would include the planning, execution, testing, and implementation of product configurations, customizations, report design and development, and in communicating of important upgrades and changes to the SaaS application. Your background and experience will included applying strong project delivery skills with subject matter expertise in Environmental Management Services. There is a strong preference for someone with significant experience with the Enablon solution. Your paste experience will be used to leverage the following activities including; defining business requirements and making decisions on how best to configure the Enablon product to meet the requirements. This requires technical leadership, review, and hands-on execution of EMS projects. • Gathering and understanding objectives/business requirements, • Developing effective plans and designs, • Validating deliverables from vendors, • Providing change management leadership and support as new requirements are deployed • Lead end user training, and be the first line of support for the business stakeholders • Be the technical liaison to our software partners • Plan long term strategy with business stakeholders and ensure continuous improvement Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of the networking platform * Troubleshoot network & system issues * Monitor active network and server infrastructure * Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment * Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches * Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures * Document all technical procedures and user guides ​ Qualifications: * At least five years of experience implementing Enablon. * Experience leading EHS software implementations, including design workshops, development, testing, data migration and post-go-live support. * Configuration expertise in Enablon: * Experience configuring Enablon Shared Functions including Organizational Axes (e.g. First Axis); Users and Company Directory; Shared Resources (e.g. Locations), and Platform settings * Experience with common Enablon applications such as Incident Management, Audit/Inspections Management, Metrics, Action Plans, Regulatory Compliance Management, Air Quality, or Risk Management * Experience using Enablon NABSIC in expressions and functions * Extensive experience with Enablon Builder and a deep understanding of platform configuration including forms, fields, formatting expressions, calculated expressions, and field sets; views; aliases; workflows; access rights and advanced rights management, and consultant-layer rules * A deep understanding of security settings and structure including functional groups, permission groups, and application security * Experience with solution migration via ENX and data imports * Familiarity with the Enablon BLINK/REST ODATA API for reporting * Familiarity with Enablon SOAP and REST web service APIs for system integrations * Familiarity with the Enablon mobile application * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related degree with an environmental or safety focus.
