    Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, this position will drive profitable growth and business innovation by applying cutting edge machine learning techniques and AI technology. You will lead data science projects that drive product personalization, marketing effectiveness, channel optimization, better customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will lead the data science department and work closely with data engineers and software developers and play a key role in developing and delivering the next generation AI/ML solutions to the business.

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Provide thought leadership and establish a technical strategy and roadmap for advanced analytics

    · Lead data science team address business challenges by harnessing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data

    · Lead data science projects and deliver innovative technical solutions to solve problems and improve business outcomes.

    · Designs, develops, codes and trains machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems and enhance lead generation capabilities

    · Work closely with engineers to deploy models in production both in real time and in batch process and systematically track model performance.

    · Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.

    · Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large data sets from multiple disparate sources.

    · Be a subject matter expert on machine learning and predictive modeling and a mentor to junior data scientists.

    · Drive technical innovation through active research and applications of new theories, techniques, and technologies.

    · Keep up to date with technical as well as industry developments, analytics software/tools, trends, and recognized best practices

    · Work within project constraints – funding, resources, schedule, priority, goals

    Job Requirements:

    · Undergraduate degree in relevant field required. Master’s or PhD Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline preferred.

    · Six or more years of related experience using data mining, data modeling, data integration, machine learning, statistical modeling, and other data science skills and techniques

    · Prior experience applying data science to consumer marketing is desired.

    · Proven track record of delivering innovating AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Science solutions & projects that can be deployed in a repeatable and scalable fashion

    · Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details, critical thinking ability, and creativity

    · Hands-on coding experience with the latest AI, ML, Deep Learning tools and frameworks such as Google TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, Numpy, Pandas, Apache Spark, SparkML, Scala, Hadoop, Java, Python, R, AWS, Cloud computing and visualization technologies

    · Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms like Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS) and their big data and Machine Learning services such as AWS Sagemaker, Elastic Map Reduce (EMR), Apache Spark etc.

    · Requires strong knowledge of many data science techniques including forecasting, non-linear and linear optimization , neural networks, boosted trees, regularized GLM, model agnostic explanatory techniques, and other techniques related to modeling data.

    · Steers, and is responsible for the design, development, delivery and maintenance of large-scale machine learning solutions involving Big Data management

    · Must be able to abstract from ambiguous and sometimes conflicting information to identify opportunities for improvement and the critical business drivers and factors that influence outcomes
