    Job Description

    Flexible and versatile Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the growth of our client development, brand management, and community outreach. We are looking for an experienced marketer who is not afraid to roll-up their sleeves and execute the Firm's marketing strategy at all levels.  Responsibilities include: developing a strong brand, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity, collaborate with internal teams, work with vendors such as agencies, freelancers, and printers, build an internal team of experts.  Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. As the firm is looking to expand into TV, Radio, and community outreach channels, you will help us navigate and conquer these untapped markets. Responsibilities

    • Expand our firm’s brand management efforts
    • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified prospective clients to our front door
    • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation 
    • Manage our marketing strategy including digital marketing such as organic and paid acquisition channels, content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis
    • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attract and convert our target groups
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to include TV, Radio, and community outreach
    • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds accordingly based on the firm’s marketing strategy
    • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures 
    • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
    • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
    • Manage our press relations

     

    Requirements:

    • No remote work
    • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
    • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
    • Experience in brand management and community outreach
    • Analytical skills to track campaign progress and report on campaign performance
    • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
