Radiance is searching for an experienced IT technical lead in our Beavercreek, OH. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Radiance IT responsibilities in both a classified and unclassified environment, and compliance with applicable information assurance requirements to ensure 24/7 continuity of operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participating cooperatively and supporting the goals and objectives of IT
• Performing system design, hardware/software implementation and integration, and general infrastructure support.
• Preparing documentation, if needed, for current and future systems projects.
• Assist with monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and deploying Network infrastructures and hardware
• Supporting Helpdesk with break/fix actions
• Collaborate with the Radiance stakeholders and other team members to ensure actions and plans are aligned with business, project, and contract requirements

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Security+ or ability to obtain within 6 months

• Should be familiar with DFARS/CMMC compliance security controls and how to implement on various OS computer systems.

• Experience with integrated audio-visual systems is a plus

• Ability to effectively work in Customer focused, fast-paced, team environment

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Network Engineering or closely related discipline and 5 years of applicable IT experience OR 10 years of applicable IT experience

• Configuration, administration, and deployment experience with Windows 10, Windows Servers, VMWare ESXi. Linux, Ubuntu, and RHel experience is a plus.

• Active Secret clearance

• Expertise as a Domain Administrator of Active Directory, Domain Controllers and servers in a Microsoft computing environment

• Experience in establishing and maintaining computer networks in an operational environment.

Required Experience

• Experience configuring, installing, maintaining switches, firewalls, network infrastructure for open and closed networks
• Experience with various application server administration and network support servers/services such as DNS, DHCP, AD, GPO, etc.
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Strong hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting experience.
• Server room management (UPSs, power, networking, security, etc)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Network Engineering or closely related discipline and 5 years of applicable IT experience OR 10 years of applicable IT experience
