ARES Corporation is hiring an Apple Computer Support Technician to work on site at NASA Glenn Research Center. The role of the Apple Technician is to provide end-user computer and mobile break-fix services, including hardware and software installation and removal, data transfers, and restoration of an end user's device to full operability. Restoration includes the tasks that are necessary to return managed hardware to an operational state, including correction of hardware faults via repair or replacement, replacement in case of loss or damage, configuration of software load, and restoration or transfer of all user data to replacement device. Tasks will typically be assigned to technicians via the ITSMystem, but may also come through via a phone call, email or customer walk-up
