Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers, is searching for an experienced Budget Analyst to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD supporting PdM Radars.  The Budget Analyst will perform a wide variety of budgetary processes and techniques to maintain control over the receipt and issue of all direct and customer funds on a timely basis to support program objectives and goals.  The Budget Analyst will operate standard accounting tools to execute Purchase Requests (PR’s) in support of Government Customer.  The Budget Analyst should be familiar with Army and Department of Defense (DoD) budget and financial management procedures and directives.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in preparing budgetary documentation, audit responses, and evaluation of internal controls in support of DoD programs
• Experience in utilization of General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS)
• Experienced General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) user

Required Skills

• Active Secret clearance
• BS degree in Accounting or relevant Business field.
• Skilled MS Excel user

Required Experience

• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a DoD PEO Project Manager, Product Manager, or Army Materiel Command Logistics and Readiness Center Budget Office
• Experience coordinating and performing funding executions in support of DoD programs.  
• Experience preparing and submitting PRs, Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs), and Direct Charge (DC) transactions

• Active Secret clearance
• BS degree in Accounting or relevant Business field.
• Skilled MS Excel user
