    Inside Sales Representative I SCOPE OFPOSITION: Responsible for direct sales assistance to Customers,Regional Sales Managers, and the Companys Sales Representative Network. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individualswith disabilities to perform the essential functions, including but notnecessarily limited to the following: · Assist & train representatives in the use of the Data Aire Product Selector Guide. · Respond to representatives and customers inquiries received via phone and email. · Secure freight quotations for opportunities, add markup, and send price to reps. · Review and evaluate specifications, plans, and schedules submitted to the Company. · Coordinate any special options needed for opportunities with the Engineering Department. · Secure Company cost of special options needed for opportunities, add markup, and send the price to the representative. · Support order entry process by following up with customer to gain clarity on specifications and pricing. · Quote and secure orders for aftermarket upgrades. · Record aftermarket upgrade opportunities in CRM. · Monitor stage, probability, and close dates for aftermarket upgrades in CRM. · Generate customer quotations using the current Quote Template. · Prepare project submittals for customers. · Monitor stage, probability, and close dates for international opportunities, except Canada. · Review leads from ConstructConnect; Open CRM opportunities; and send the lead to the appropriate rep. · Fulfill requests for parts sales and warranty parts. _KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: _(Minimum Education and/or Experience required) * Associate degree (A.A.) preferred. High school diploma required. * 2-3 yrs related experience in outbound telesales environment, or combined equivalent of post-secondary education and experience. * Proven record of accomplishment in generating sales via telesales. * Demonstrated experience telephone prospecting, quoting, closing the business, and working under a sales budget/quota system. * Previous experience working in a configured or manufactured product is helpful. * Must have solid IT skills to include: contact management system, quote system, & efficient key boarding. * Must have good math skills: percentages, length and area conversions, markups, etc. · Must have dynamic phone personality, able to engage people inconversation. **Primary Location: **US-CA-Orange **Work Locations: ** **Job: **Pre Sales **Organization: **Construction Specialties, Inc. **Travel: **No
