Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals withdisabilities to perform the essential functions, including but not necessarilylimited to the following: * Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files, and models * Incorporate BIM as part of a service offered to the design community * Coordinates BIM development, standards, data requirements, etc. as required by company standards and project requirement * Overall responsibility for the development of the design/coordination BIM model and BIM modeling guidelines * Develop and implement BIM workflow and communicate the benefits of BIM as a technology and process * BIM modeling and content creation using Revit as the primary platform * Ensure documents accuracy based in BIM modeling * Support each project team by managing and creating content library files and templates, creating and enforcing standards and evaluating project models * Acts as the main point of contact for BIM technology and any related issues between the construction managers, subcontractors, owners, design team, and others as required * Document and share work process as it relates to enhancing and/or changing current company process standards * Manage engineering CAD/BIM content libraries * Interpret Architectural and Structural drawings and details for developing models in Revit * Create 3D renderings and animations * As necessary, engage with designers, partners, and customers to best position your products and services _KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: _(Minimum Education and/or Experiencerequired) * Bachelors degree * 3 -5 years experience in a related construction, engineering, or technical discipline or equivalent * Minimum of 5 years in Revit Architectural * Ability to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment * Ability to work independently * Proactive, organized, accurate, and comfortable collaborating with other departments * Solid written and verbal communication skills * The ability to manage several projects at the same time * Superior working knowledge of Revit, strong knowledge of AutoCAD, and a skilled user of digital technology tools * Fluency in the 2D and 3D space * Ability to understand and implement the use of formulas to drive parametric values * Extremely service oriented and highly approachable with commitment to helping others * Autodesk 3ds Max * Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop **Primary Location: **US-NJ-Lebanon **Work Locations: ** **Job: **Pre Sales **Organization: **Construction Specialties, Inc. **Job Type: **Standard **Travel: **Yes, 15 % of the Time
