About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for MRO operations.

Oversee engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and reliability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.

10+ years of experience in quality assurance and engineering, preferably in MRO.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are a plus.
