Radiance is seeking highly qualified and motivated engineers and scientists to support both GEOINT production and the continued advancement of non-literal SAR analytical processes and techniques. The individuals will support advanced remote sensing exploitation functions through detailed technical data analysis and through the development and improvement of techniques and procedures for the Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of remotely sensed data. Individuals in these positions will work collaboratively with other engineers, scientists, and analysts on complex exploitation issues.

JOB DUTIES

• Utilize advanced GEOINT tools to analyze and exploit remotely sensed data to produce and disseminate GEOINT products
• Provide technical leadership to teams performing exploitation and process development
• Analyze and develop processes to support the exploitation of unique, anomalous, and difficult datasets utilizing engineering principles and a physics-based analytical approach
• Perform algorithm development for complex data exploitation processes

Required Skills

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility
• Understanding of signal processing techniques for solving new problems

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field (Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Remote Sensing, or other relevant technical field)
• Experience in processing and analyzing remote sensing Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in processing and analyzing radar cross section (RCS) and radar signatures
• Ability to code/script, such as in MATLAB, Python, R, and/or IDL

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility
• Understanding of signal processing techniques for solving new problems
