  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for an experienced, full-cycle recruiter to support entry-level to executive-level recruiting for our remote-first tech startup in the Oil and Gas field. Candidate will report directly to the CEO and support all aspects of recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, closing, and all aspects of recruiting operations). We estimate our needs will require 8-16 hours per week of time, and we are very flexible on schedule and other considerations.

    KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

    • A minimum of 5 years of professional technical recruiting experience.
    • Previous experience leading Recruiting efforts at growing companies in the Tech or Oil and Gas space.
    • Experience or familiarity with recruiting for technical, but non-software engineering roles in the Oil and Gas space (such as Chemical/Mechanical Engineers, CAD Designers, Field Technicians). 
    • Experience recruiting at all levels of the organization, including entry-level, technical, technical, and leadership roles.
    • Demonstrated experience developing, improving, and running a recruitment process, including sourcing (Linkedin, Indeed, etc.), screening, using ATS systems (we use Manatal).
    • Strong organization and communication skills, and comfort working in a Remote-first environment.
