North American Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are searching for an Assistant Service Repair Technician located near Manchester, Tennessee.

Average pay rate for this position is $17-$22 / Hr.

Purpose of the Job:

Assist the Lead Service Technician with investigating and repairing a variety of low-slope roof types.

Job Duties:

• Assist Lead Technician in service repairs
• Assist Lead Technician on small contract jobs
• Assist Lead Technician with inspections on minor preventative maintenance repairs
• Assisting in all snow and hurricane events to either participate in repairs or supervision
• Assist Lead Technician with driving when necessary & preferably 2-3 years of commercial roofing experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain OSHA certification will be required
• Must be able to climb a ladder; position may require lifting up to 80 lbs
• Must be able to work outside in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow)
• Weekend and/or overnight travel may be required
• A good driving record is preferred for this position
• Must pass drug screen
