As a Graphic Designer, you'll work with a team to grow engagement with our campuses and ministry partners, as well as support weekly programming and special events – branding, print design, screen support, apparel, and other resources. You'll help concept and create content important to Elevation Church in our mission to reach people far from God.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You'll find new and improved ways to market content through media.

• You'll use your design skills to work on various projects, including creating visual designs for our broadcasted worship experience.

• You'll execute production design needs and updates during the weekend Worship Experience.

• You'll collaborate closely with the rest of the Special Events and Weekend Experience team to brainstorm opportunities for greater impact.

MUST-HAVES

• Relevant design experience.

• High-level understanding of applicable design software.

• Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.

• High attention to detail.

• Great time management skills & ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Portfolio available online.

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Proven success with forward-thinking design within a church/non-profit setting.
• Understanding of marketing and branding principles.
• Experience with newer design software platforms like Figma, Procreate, etc.
• Experience in apparel design.
