As a NextGen Audio Engineer, you'll get to use your skills to steward the sound of our eKidz, Youth, and College and Young Adult ministries at Elevation Church as we reach people far from God.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You'll oversee the post-production mixes of the weekly videos and podcasts of our NEXT GEN ministry.
• Capture audio on production shoots and special events
• Sound design projects for other mixers and producers
• Mix videos for our weekend eKidz Worship Experiences, including both campus and online programming, creative videos for our Youth experiences and YouTube channel, and various projects for our college ministry.
• Constantly work to improve and streamline workflow
• Work closely with our Video and Production teams to ensure timelines are being met

MUST-HAVES

• College degree or 2+ years relevant experience and proficiency in mixing audio (studio and live settings)
• Proficiency in ProTools mixing, editing, and music editing.
• Highly adaptable and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to produce in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines
• Proficiency in tuning vocals
• Strong knowledge of Pro Tools HD v11 and experience in recording and mixing post-production audio
• Ability to lead recording sessions with multiple people

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Familiarity with Elevation Church Online, Elevation Church Sermon Archives or Podcasts
• Feel called to lead and support the next generation
• Experience with ITU, EBU and ATSC compliance specifications
