RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENT $500 mileage reimbursement when moving from out-of-state We are currently seeking skilled experienced Electrical Apprentices with a high level of energy and sense of urgency. Responsibilities: Work with a commitment to safety Uphold the core values of Encore Electric Act as a professional and uses basic work ethics Come to work on time every day with appropriate attire and tools Keep work area clean Install quality work in a neat and workmanship like manner Treat tools with respect Work on ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms Identify electrical parts and components Dig trenches as needed Keep up with changing technology Stay current with the National Electrical Code Wear tools at all required times Specific Responsibilities: Assist electricians by performing tasks under their direct supervision Track Apprenticeship paperwork including OJT hours and reviews Be responsible for education the apprenticeship training program including Homework Tests & quizzes Responsible for communications including Tell Back procedure Handle material required for the job Install raceways, pull wire, and mount equipment Assemble and install small to large electrical parts and pieces Trim outlets, recessed cans and other repetitive finish work Use electrical formulas to figure out pipe fill, device and panel size, and disconnect Lay out and organize assigned tasks to first and second year apprentices Read and understand basic blueprints By the end of the third year, the apprentice should be proficient at planning materials and tools needed to complete the job Requirements: Minimum Age 18 High School Diploma/GED Current Driver License Reliable Transportation Any offer of employment is contingent upon passing pre-employment requirements, including drug screen, criminal background check, reference check and functional physical.
