We are currently looking for an individual to join our Human Resources team as the: Human Resources Administrator based out of our Fort Worth office in the Benbrook-Clearfork area. The Human Resources Administrator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager in the areas of recruitment and selection, onboarding and orientation, employee support with benefits enrollment and changes and service, compliance (I9, WOTC, etc), records management, HRIS maintenance, employee relations, leave management and HR administration. This position will work under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager but will require an operational partnership focus with a desire to serve the greater success of the organization. Position may also act as a developing HR Generalist with a career path to a Generalist role based on skills and development. This position may require occasional travel. (Less than 2% of overall time). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Process, verify and maintain documentation related to personnel activities. * Assist in the recruiting and hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone interviews, checking references, and verifying employment applications. * Assist in answering employee queries about HR-related issues. * Assist in benefits administration including open enrollment, benefits enrollment and termination, troubleshooting employee benefits issues, and communicating benefit information to employees. * Process new hires, personnel changes, and separations * Assist in maintaining EEO records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. * Assist in maintaining human resource information system records and compile reports from the database. * Organize and maintain employee files. * Assist in the new hire orientation/onboarding process. * Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * aPHR, PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred * Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a Human Resources Role required. * General knowledge of HR laws, practices and policies required. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Excellent communication skills including written and verbal. * Excellent organizational skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously. * Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous experience with HRIS systems and timekeeping systems is a plus. * Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written. * Understanding of state and federal requirements and regulations. * Must be willing to work occasional evenings and nights.
