Process Department Interns will observe and learn about the refining process, gain exposure to the equipment associated with the refining process, and support various process units with discrete tasks. Activities that interns can expect to participate in include: assisting unit supervisors with developing job aids, task sheets, and data collection; shadowing process operators on inspection rounds.
