    Are you a hands-on learner looking to kickstart a career in steel fabrication? Aristeo wants you to join our crew as a Fabrication Assistant! You'll work alongside our skilled team members, getting real-world experience and learning the ins and outs of the fabrication shop. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in, we want to hear from you!

    This is for second shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.

    What You'll Do:

    • Assist in the painting area
    • Assist in loading and unloading materials
    • Follow all company policies and procedures for safety
    • Help maintain inventory and required paint supplies and consumables
    • Maintain shop floor organization and cleanliness

    What You'll Bring:

    • Ability to communicate effectively and multitask
    • Team player
    • Ability to understand paint application and equipment

    Experience:

    • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Trade school or related experience is preferred
    • 1+ years of experience with airless paint equipment
    • Experience in the construction industry is preferred
