We are seeking a motivated individual to join our HRIS team as a full-time Human Resources Assistant-HRIS. The ideal candidate would have strong detail skills as well as solid time management abilities that allows them to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks throughout the day. This role will provide administrative support to the HRIS team in the areas of scanning personnel file data, processing data requests, and supporting HR projects and initiatives. Confidentiality is essential for this position. The nature of this work would require the individual to be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is pursuing a career in human resources. We are looking for an individual who has a high school diploma (or GED) along with three to six months of administrate experience in Human Resources. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Assist with creating SharePoint team site and shared notebook. Maintains accurate personnel files by scanning personnel file documentation into document imaging system.(electronic, hard copy, new hire paperwork, payroll change notices, etc.) Ensures files are maintained in accordance with legal requirements as well as Company policies and procedures. Keeps employee records up-to-date by auditing new hire information imports and enter employee status changes into employee database and payroll system in an efficient manner. Process verification of employment external requests in compliance with Company policy. Runs various reports and queries as needed. Assists with Human Resources projects. Provides customer service to internal and external customers.
