If you have experience in regional/territory management, selling, marketing, or business expansion this could be the opportunity for you. Insurance knowledge is not crucial. Responsibilities: • Develop and track sales strategies, implement and utilize sales force CRM • Maintain accurate and descriptive accounts of all customer interactions • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain an elevated level of client retention and product loyalty • Oversee all marketing campaigns, coordinate with sales teams, and produce effective strategies • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe • Prospecting and sourcing new business through leads and referral sources Qualifications: • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude • Display leadership competencies, including the ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000 yearly
