Responsibilities: Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals Qualifications: Must successfully complete a background check One year minimum sales experience preferred Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed Strong leadership and communications skills are a must Compensation: $36,000 - $50,000 Annually (Salary + Bonus)
