Head Women’s Volleyball Coach
**Cameron University, an NCAA Division II member of the Lone Star Conference, invites applications for Head Women’s Volleyball Coach. This position directs the development, organization and management of all phases of the women’s volleyball program. Candidates must possess a strong commitment to a competitive NCAA Division II program and comply with all university, conference, and NCAA regulations. **
Responsibilities Include:
**· **Administers an athletics aid program
**· **Recruits highly qualified student-athletes
**· **Ensures strong academic success, sportsmanship, and positive citizenship
**· **Effectively develops and executes team practices and game strategy
**· **Develops team schedule
**· **Budget management
**· **Supervision of coaching staff
**· **Team fundraising
**· **Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
**· **Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred
**· **Demonstrated history of success coaching at the collegiate level.
