CCNC is a program of Conservation Legacy. CCNC partners with Appalachian Conservation Corps, Conservation Trust for North Carolina (CTNC), and North Carolina public land managers to create a safe and effective program that benefits North Carolina’s communities and public lands.

CCNC engages motivated young adults to complete challenging and impactful conservation service projects in North Carolina. Projects may include trail construction & maintenance, habitat improvement, hazard fuel reduction, and ecological restoration. Participants may also complete technical and/or specialized project work (i.e. disaster recovery) depending on project partner needs.

Loaned equipment may be available for the season. Food is provided for the entirety of the program.
