    JOB SUMMARY

    MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM

    Primary duties of this position are to evaluate all incoming items for repair. Included in these will be units previously repaired which have been returned for warranty consideration. Duties will include but not limited to the verification of part numbers and quantities of incoming items from customers.  Forward completed orders to shipping department.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Develop and improve in house test capabilities and processes while maintaining and exceeding department goals.
    • Evaluate physical condition and malfunction of potential repair opportunities with attention to detail and accurate troubleshooting, process development, and training.
    • Interface with in house Production management and technical staff to achieve company goals in volume and customer satisfaction.
    • Must work well in a team environment with constant interaction amongst the staff.
    • Maintain and exceed department requirements for incoming repair volume.
    • Develop and maintain business relationships with outside vendors in the industry.
    • Develop and improve in house test capabilities and processes while maintaining and exceeding company goals
    • Direct contact with Radwell International customer base.
    • Reduce the beyond repair percentage and achieve, maintain, and manage a steady pattern of consistency in this arena.

     

     

    METRICS

    • Baseline goals will be to evaluate 50 units/day.
    • QA Further Eval to 40units per month or less
    • Clear the line before the end of the business day
    • Performance requirements driven by the previous months completed work by exceeding the previous month’s work volume and quality
    • Five Units will be daily spot checked for quality of workmanship

    EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY

    • Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employee has sufficiently met and performed the job requirements, and will indicate whether employment will continue
    • Quarterly Reviews – Employee will be given a brief written Quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity
    • Annual Reviews – Employee will be given a formal regular annual review which assesses productivity and demonstrated business skills and accomplishments for the previous period.

    WORK SCHEDULE

    The work hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday with overtime as scheduled and approved by management to meet production requirements  Adherence to attendance and coverage policies is expected to be followed diligently.  Time off will be granted with proper formal notice in accordance with company policy. Employee is required to be available for overtime as needed.

     WORK ENVIRONMENT

    The environment is a professional repair center environment.  Dress attire is casual but professional in a repair center setting.  All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous electrical/electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience a must.
    • Previous technical training experiences a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Must be a team player with focus on department growth and process improvement.

    Required to bring own tools as specified by the hiring manager

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    • Lab and Clinical Instructors require a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with 4000 hours of Professional Nursing clinical experience within  5 years.

     

     

    PREFERRED EDUCATION

    • Master’s Degree in Nursing/Nursing Education from a regionally accredited college/university.
