This position requires set-up and operation of multiple wire EDM machines including inspection of all work using Zeiss CMM, optical comparator, Jo blocks, indicators, calipers, micrometers, sine bars and other inspection equipment as needed. 

TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON 1ST SHIFT MONDAY - FRIDAY 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THE TRAINING HOURS.  DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES OF CANDIDATE TRAINING COULD TAKE UP TO 6 MONTHS BEFORE BEING MOVED TO 2ND. SHIFT.

Required Skills

Previous CNC experience a plus. 

A strong math background is required. 

Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Dependable and flexible with shift schedule if needed.

Able to work independently with limited supervision.

Good communicator, respectful, able to get along with different personality types.

Ability to read calipers, micrometers, blueprints, helpful.

Required Experience

High School diploma or GED required.  Proof will be requested if selected for interviewing process.

Manufacturing and/or machining experience helpful.

Previous CNC experience a plus.
