    The Global Benefits Manager serves as a key member of the Total Rewards team by supporting benefits administration, leave of absence, vendor management, compliance, process improvement, employee engagement and communications with respect to the company's health, welfare, and retirement programs.
    Reporting to the leader of Global Benefits you will partner closely with HR and payroll; together, we are creating a modern approach that is creative, leverages technology, drives efficiencies, and differentiates us from other employers.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Participating in the creation of the design, implementation, administration, and communication of employee benefit programs that are valued and understood by our employees across all of our locations worldwide.
    • Providing the highest levels of support to our employees through the management of vendor relationships, resolution of employee benefit issues and partnership with the HR and payroll team.
    • Ensures compliance with Federal and State laws, including, but not limited to ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, SECTION 125, Medicare, Social Security and DOL requirements.
    • Lead employee benefits projects, including open enrollment, vendor transitions, plan design changes, system updates and process improvement efforts with internal and external partners.
    • Interprets and administers leave programs and policies in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, etc.).
    • Partner with third-party Leaves administrator to ensure accurate delivery of company leaves administration. Revamping the leave of absence process to streamline administration between Total Rewards, the outside leave management company and the HR team.
    • Understanding of ADP WorkForceNow HRIS technology related to Total Rewards and recommending configuration that is nimble and responsive to plan requirements and employee needs.
    • Serving as a subject matter expert for escalations on employee benefit matters from the HR or payroll team and a proactive partner for updates to the employee.
    • Automating and auditing employee benefit processes, including support for vendor file feeds, interpreting HR policies, and providing practical advice, as it relates to employee benefits.
    • Participate in developing or updating policies and procedures related to Total Rewards.
    • Develop program branding that drives a culture of well-being across our business and empowers employees to become better healthcare consumers.
    • Assists with 401k plan administration, annual audits and testing.
    • Other related duties as required to support the business and our employees
    • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

    Required Skills

    • Detailed -oriented with high degree of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
    • Ability to prioritize task, manager multiple projects, simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support to employees regarding benefit inquires and issues.
    • Ability to research, review, and suggest changes within the rapidly changing landscape of local, state, federal, and statutory guidelines within the Benefits space

    Required Experience

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred)
    • Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as Benefits, Human Resources, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus specialized training, equal to two years of college. (Required)

    Experience:

    • Required: 5-7 years related experience and/or training
