    JOB SUMMARY

    MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM

    The primary duties of this position are to manage the assignments of technicians making certain that all products are repaired if necessary, tested and cleaned before final inspection.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Organize and manage all orders assigned to your Team
    • Evaluate warranty returns within 48 hours of receipt
    • Communicate delays to appropriate department for customer contact
    • Insure processing notes are up to date in systems
    • Insure available assets are used for testing of product
    • Witness testing and perform QC check of product to assure Customer Satisfaction
    • Duties also include directing the completed workflow to Shipping.
    • Keep all benches podiums and common areas clean at all times
    • Proper use of MRS reporting systems is required
    • Provide input on technician performance to Assistant Production Manager during both Monthly and Annual Review process

    May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

    • Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
    • Frequent walking
    • Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
    • Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
    • Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to troubleshoot and solder components is required.
    • Use of hand and power tools.
    • Supervisory abilities.
    • Required to bring your own tools as specified by the hiring manager

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • One to Three years Technical School Diploma or experience.
    • Technical or Industrial product knowledge a plus
