Marketing Assistant Hargreaves Jones Landscape Architecture / Hargreaves Associates NY - New York, NY Part-time, Temporary Position Overview: Hargreaves Jones Landscape Architecture / Hargreaves Associates are award winning landscape architects, and seek a motivated graphic /marketing assistant. We are a design-oriented firm working nationally and internationally from three offices in New York City, Cambridge and San Francisco. The ideal candidate should have a degree in marketing, graphic design, journalism, advertising, or related including architecture or landscape architecture. The candidate should have a minimum of one to two years of experience in coordination and preparation of marketing materials for a professional service company. Experience with an architectural or landscape architecture firm is big plus. The position will work closely with principals and design staff on marketing and business development. Common tasks will include website management, laying out and writing copy for new business proposals, publications, presentations and award submissions, along with assisting with general office administration. The candidate must be well-organized, be able to successfully manage multiple fast-paced project deadlines simultaneously, and have the ability to work both collaboratively in a team setting and independently as needed.
