**JOB SUMMARY
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm **

Specializing in Marketing Analytics and equipped with expertise in SQL and Google Analytics. As a pivotal member of our analytics team, you will lead efforts to derive actionable insights from marketing data, steering data-driven decision-making across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead and execute comprehensive marketing analytics strategies, leveraging SQL and Google Analytics to extract valuable insights from diverse datasets.

· Collaborate closely with digital teams to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.

· Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to communicate analytical findings effectively.

· Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.

· Utilize A/B testing and other statistical methodologies to optimize marketing initiatives and enhance overall performance.

· Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics.

· To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal monthly objectives in a timely and accurate manner

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience as an Analytics Manager with a focus on marketing analytics, Ecommerce experience preferred.

· Expertise in utilizing Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

· Effective communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholders, the ability to "tell a story" with insights.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED **

· 4+ years experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker.

· 6+ years experience in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

· Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS **

The position is in an office environment and entails:

· Continuous sitting resulting from computer usage for extended periods

· Occasional walking (including to other departments and buildings) reaching and lifting.

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY __

· Introductory – Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employee has sufficiently met and performed the job requirements, and will indicate whether employment will continue.

· Quarterly Reviews – A quarterly written assessment will be issued which briefly describes the individual’s performance in this position.

· Annual Review – A more detailed review of the overall performance in this position, where the employee is rated and typically compensated in accordance with that rate.

National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Taxonomy code required at time of hire

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network
• Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network

LICENSING REQUIREMENT:

Current Kentucky RN and APRN license or valid compact state license.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Level of Education:  Masters Degree, minimum
